You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this website. If you do not fully agree to these Terms, you may not access or otherwise use the Site.

Purpose of site

RyanairVillas.com is an online marketplace that enables a property owner and/or representative agent, as an advertiser of our site ("advertiser") to list and advertise a specific property for rental online on the RyanairVillas.com and/or related websites ("site") with the potential to engage and make bookings with consumers, renters, users, holidaymakers, travellers, etc. ("users"). RyanairVillas.com is not a property agent, purchaser, broker, financial intermediary and/or vendor. We do not provide, own or run any accommodation. Site advertisers are responsible for providing those users who have booked accommodation with the product as described. RyanairVillas.com is not responsible for any transaction / arrangement / agreement and/or booking that advertisers and/or users enter into with each other.

Use of site

Advertisers pay advertising fees to list and advertise properties for rental on the site. There is no fee to users to access the site and research listings. Users may search, view and make enquiries and communicate with advertisers regarding their property rental listings, in accordance with these Terms. Use of the site beyond the services in which it has been developed to provide is not permitted.

Advertising conditions of site use

In using this site, advertisers have agreed to recognise and abide by a list of terms and conditions in advertising properties on the Site. These conditions of use of most relevance to the user include:

• Advertisers are responsible for the management of the rental properties and bookings. Booking related enquiries should be handled promptly between advertisers and users by using the appropriate online (and offline) tools.
• Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any property descriptions. We do not inspect, view and or examine properties listed on this site. For this reason, we do not make warranties as to the accuracy, reliability or quality of the property descriptions available on the site. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept that Web Reservations International Limited and Ryanair Limited shall not be liable for any claim related to the contents of a property listing.
• Advertisers are responsible for maintaining content and information related to the property up to date on the Site, including its description, facilities, advertiser contact details, availability etc.
• Advertisers warrant that they have the appropriate permission (e.g. copyright) to use images and information provided on the site.
• Advertisers must recognise the policy of one property per advertisement / listing. Each advertisement should relate to an individual property available for rental.
• Advertisers may not trade / transfer a listing / advertisement to another party, except in the circumstance that an advertiser sells a listed property to the new owner of the property.

Furthermore, we recommend that advertisers and users should confirm all the terms of the proposed rental in writing with the user prior to exchange of funds. Please refer to our Advertiser Terms and Conditions for more information related to these terms and conditions.

Responsibility for site content

As an advertiser or user, you are responsible for your own communications. You must not do the following things:

• Post material in circumstances that breach the criminal law.
• Post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it.
• Post material that does not have the permission of the owner.
• Post material that infringes on any intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
• Post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive or embarrassing to another user or any other person or entity.
• Post a sexually-explicit image
• Post advertisements or solicitations of business – other than vacation property rental
• Impersonate another person or entity

This site should be used to advertise and/or research property rentals and facilitate the rental inquiry and booking process. You agree not to use the Site or permit the site to be used:

• so as to put at risk or obstruct the operation, reliability, value or integrity of the Site, the operation, reliability, value or integrity of any telecommunications network
• for any other use which might be deemed by us to be harmful to the business, reputation or the management of the Site and/or Web Reservations International Limited and Ryanair Limited
• for any marketable purpose including any surveys, contests or pyramid schemes, nor to use a Service to participate in or cause others to participate in sending chain letters, junk e-mail, spam, duplicative or unsolicited messages, advertising or promotional material
• to collect any information from the Site (including email addresses or property details) otherwise than as permitted in this Agreement without our prior written consent
• to copy, reproduce, republish and/or reverse engineer any part of this site on your website
• to distribute, download, upload or transmit any material which contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any harmful programs.

As noted below, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove functionality / page layout etc. to the Site. Should we add functionality in areas such as post-stay property reviews, property guest book entries, photos, images etc. ("user generated content"), the following terms apply:

• We right to post such content (including photos) to the site and allow it to be publicly viewed on the site.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the content provided is genuine, accurate and appropriate and adheres to the requirements outlined above
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline the posting of user-generated content to the site and/or remove the content from the site that fails to meet our content requirements and/or be deemed by us to be inappropriate and/or inaccurate

Disclaimers related to site advertising

• Advertisers and users are responsible for managing the booking and payment process, including deposits, currencies etc. Parties are free to transact with each other in this regard. We are not responsible for ensuring the payment of due amounts as part of the process. Any issues related to non-payment / fraud etc. can be notified to us but we are not required to act on it and do not provide a reimbursement / compensation guarantee for any fraudulent or related behaviour that is alleged to have happened.
• We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to comply with any law, regulation, directive or government request.
• We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove functionality / page layout etc. to the Site. This may include but is not limited to functionality, such as user generated content (e.g. property reviews, property rankings), payment gateways etc. Notification of changes, as appropriate, will be posted on the Site.
• We do not and cannot review all content posted to the Site by advertisers and/or users. We are not responsible for any such content posted.
• We reserve the right to terminate an advertisement. In this regard, any unacceptable or fraudulent behaviour by advertisers and/or on the basis of too many complaints, as notified to us, may result in the removal of the listing from the Site without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse in our sole discretion any advertisement and/or information submitted to the Site.
• We cannot and do not confirm each user.s supposed identity. We encourage advertisers and users to communicate directly with each other through the tools available on the Site.
• We do not warrant that the Site will operate error-free or that the Site and its server are free of computer viruses and other harmful elements
• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms at any time. You should check these Terms for any changes each time you access the website. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any such change, modification or amendment will constitute your acceptance thereof.
• Advertisers and users acknowledge that we may store and process any data transmitted to the site.
• We reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company.

Links to and from Other Web Sites

This website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Ryanairvillas.com. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. We are not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of hyperlinks on this website to such other websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.

We allow advertisers to provide hyper-links to the property being advertised (e.g. property.s own website) under the assumption that the hyperlink relates directly to the property being advertised. We reserve the right to refuse to consent to such links at our own discretion.

Termination of Site

We may, at our discretion, make the decision to terminate the operation of the Site. In this event, we recommend that users confirm bookings made with advertisers.

Copyright, notice and limited licence

The information, content, graphics, text, sounds, images, buttons, trade marks, service marks, trade names and logos ("Materials") contained in this website are protected by copyright, trademark, database right, sui generis right and other intellectual property laws under national laws and international treaties. Ryanairvillas.com or its licensors (as the case may be) retain all right, title, interest and intellectual property rights in and to the Materials. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, Materials, software, products or services obtained from this website.
