The townhouse is tastefully furnished to a high standard with ample room for 1-2 families or a group of golfers. It is fully centrally heated, and has a 32' LCD TV with British and European channels. The property is non smoking (inside) and is supplied with a cot and baby chair. Bedroom 1 (master) is spacious and has a large shared sun terrace overlooking the garden. Bedroom three (twin) again is spacious and shares the sun terrace. Bedroom four (twin) is to the front with a small balcony. Bedroom two (king size) is located to the front of the property and is provided with under floor heating. A set of golf clubs are provided for guest convenience. The patio terrace overlooks well maintained gardens which lead to the shared pool area. There is also a DVD player in lounge. Books, games and cards provided.
Praia D'el Rey's children's club ‘Clube Aventura’ (up to 16 years old) offers outdoor activities including surfing, body boarding, quad biking, paintball, archery, kayaking and beach/sports games. Family excursions and activities are also available. Bookable through ‘Clube Aventura’ next to the club house. 7 tennis courts, coaching available. Peniche and Baleal (10-15 mins drive) are popular family beaches and surfing spots with seafood restaurants. Caldas da Rainha (15-20 mins drive) boasts a daily food market, restaurants and comprehensive shopping facilities. Lisbon, capital city, is one hours drive.

Directions

FROM PORTO
Take the A! motorway, direction to Lisbon until the exit signed “Caldas da Rainha / Rio Maior / A15”. Follow the A15 and then the A8 motorway, direction to Peniche. Leave the A8 at the Exit 14, signed
“IP6 / Peniche”. When on the IP6, take the exit to Serra del Rei.

After you exit the IP6 motorway you will come to a roundabout, where you must turn left. When you come to the 2nd traffic lights, turn right. There is a large blue panel indicating Praia D'El Rey.
Follow this road for 1.5kms and take a right at the turn signed Praia D'El Rey. Follow this road for 4kms, which will bring you to the resort main entrance.

Located Near

There is much to see in the surrounding towns and villages. Obidos, 15 mins away, is a medieval walled town with a castle, many ancient churches and lots of restaurants. Peniche, 25 mins away, is another walled town and it is a working fishing port with surfing spots and seafood restaurants . Caldas Da Rainha, 20 mins away, provides good shopping and has a good open air market.
